1. Organiser and Eligibility
- Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd is the Organiser of “Guess The Right Answers Contest With Sebayu Hill Villas” By participating in this Facebook Contest, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. reserves the rights to terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice. Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expense incurred by the participant as a result of user participation of this Facebook Contest. Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to change, amend, delete and/or vary these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice given at any time and Participants agree to be bound by any such changes. Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd.’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained by Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd.
- This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents with a Facebook account, during the Contest Period. Employees of Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. and its related companies, marketing/event agencies and their immediate families, are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or above to participate in the contest.
- Winners will be announced within 21 days from end of Contest Period.
- Multiple or Duplicate entries are NOT allowed.
- To redeem the prize, the winner must present his/her identification card or passport bearing the name and number corresponding to the information given/user handle used in the contest submission.
- Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd may, at its sole and absolute discretion, declare any entry void if the winner fails to produce such proper identification documents.
- Names, pictures and prizes of winners may be used for publicity reason by Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd Winner’s information may be used for marketing, planning, promotions, research, events and/or any other purposes and programmes henceforth. Acceptance of the prize is considered as consent to this usage.
2. How to Participate
- In order to win the contest, participants must answer the correct answers to the questions in the comments section on the Facebook post from 2/03/22 to 31/03/22
- Contestants must also like and share the Facebook post and follow the Sebayu Hill Villas Facebook page.
- By participating, you agree to receive updates from Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. from time to time.
3. Contest Period
- Contest period is from 2nd March 2022 to 31st March 2022, 11.59pm.
4. Winners and Prizes
- There will be an overall total of 10 (Ten) winners.
- 10 (Ten)Prize Winners will walk away with a RM100 AEON Voucher
- Winners will be chosen based on answering the correct answers and fulfilling the contest requirements.
- The winner will be announced on Sebayu Hill Villa’s Facebook page within [21] days from the end of Contest Period, whereupon the winner shall respond in a timely manner to claim the prize. If a response is not received within 7 (Seven) days from the date of announcement, the chosen winner will be deemed null and void.
- Upon details submission, winners will have to do a self-collection of their prizes at Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. HQ.
- Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and will not be responsible nor liable for any issues/ problems and/or damage thereto or arising there from.
- Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. will not be responsible for failure to contact any winners as a result of invalid contact information provided during the competition.
- Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to replace the said prize with another of equal or lesser value at their discretion.
- Winners irrevocably agree and give consent to Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. to publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Winners’ names, interviews and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.
5. Disqualification
- Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Facebook contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. Terms of Use Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained by Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd.
6. Liability
Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. will not be responsible nor liable for:
- Any errors, which include errors in notification of Contest winners, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, Internet connection failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorised access to entries, Computer hang whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
- Any problems, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any participant, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Facebook Contest.

Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. receives and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA when you provide personal data to Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd.
You acknowledge that you have agreed to our terms and conditions upon participation in the contest by allowing Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd. collecting, using and processing your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA for the following purposes:
- Sending you information related to online project promotions, contests and events, and related to our marketing activities, unless you have indicated to us that you do not wish for us to process your personal data for such purposes;

- Participants who fail to comply with the Terms & Conditions of the Contest will be disqualified.
